30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange unopened items for a different fragrance. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.
